Dishonest & Glitchy: My BOGO Promo Nightmare! 😤
Let me tell you about my absolutely terrible online shopping experience, hoping it serves as a warning for others. What started as an exciting purchase quickly turned into a frustrating ordeal. I felt compelled to leave a review and engage with customer service because frankly, this company proved to be Dishonest, doesn't honor promos. Makes it impossible to collect offer when the site is full of glitches. No customer Service 24 hours, no agent. Unprofessional. My direct feeling and conclusion is that I will NOT return and I do NOT recommend them.
Customer: I'm calling about order #GUSA1234. I placed an order during your Buy One Get One Free promotion, but due to glitches on your site, the discount didn't apply correctly. I was told I need to return these glasses, which are perfectly fine and the correct prescription, just to reorder them to get the bogo offer.
CS Rep: I understand your frustration, and I apologize for the inconvenience caused by the technical issues on our website. Our standard procedure for such discrepancies is indeed to process a return and then a new order for the promotion to be correctly applied.
Customer: But that's ridiculous! Why can't you simply credit the difference back to my card? Simple solution? Credit back to my card used. Nah that's too easy. It feels like you're making it impossible for me to collect the offer you messed up. This is incredibly unprofessional.
