I’m writing this as a warning to anyone considering this company. I was ready to place a large order but had a few simple questions first. My attempt to get answers turned into a deeply frustrating ordeal. The company's recording said I was being connected to a vision specialist which was a young man in the Dominican Republic whose accent I could not even understand his English… I called in again and got a young lady from the Dominican Republic and I could understand her either. I was not about to spend this type of money where I can't understand the person. The whole experience felt like a sign of bigger problems, which is why I felt compelled to call one last time to voice my complaint directly before sharing my review.
Customer: Hello? Is this another outsourced call center? I’ve been transferred twice and couldn't understand a single word anyone was saying.
CS Rep: I am so sorry you've had a frustrating experience. My name is Sarah, and I'm based in our New York office. You have reached our corporate line. How can I help you?
Customer: Honestly, I was trying to place a big order, but after that, I've lost all confidence. If I can't get a simple question answered, how can I trust you with my prescription and my money?
CS Rep: I completely understand your hesitation, and I sincerely apologize. That is not the experience we want for our customers. Please allow me to personally handle your questions and your order, and I'd like to offer you a 20% discount for the trouble you've gone through.
