Buyer Beware: A Customer Service Nightmare You Won't Believe 🤯
I'm sharing my experience as a warning to others. I thought I was getting a good deal online, but when I had a problem with my order, getting help was a nightmare. My final conclusion is that you should shop elsewhere. Terrible company to purchase from if you have any issues with your glasses. They will gladly take your money but when it time for them to fix the issue it seems impossible. The business is pretty much fully automated. When you finally get In touch with someone in India. They are extremely rude and will end the call when they think it needs to be ended. They can careless .why ? Because theres no one eles to talk too in order to file a complaint. I will never do business with glassesusa again. It’s feel like your being scammed. That feeling of no way to get help. My frustration with their automated system is what forced me to call and endure the following conversation.
Customer: Hello, I've been trying to resolve an issue with my glasses for a week. The lenses are already defective. Your automated system is no help at all.
CS Rep: I can look into that for you. What is the order number?
Customer: It’s [Order Number]. It feels impossible to get this fixed. What are my options? I just want glasses that aren't falling apart.
CS Rep: Sir, our policy states that after 14 days, you must return the item for inspection. There is no guarantee of a replacement.
Customer: So you sent me a faulty product and expect me to just accept it? This feels like a complete scam. Is there a manager I can speak with?
CS Rep: There is no one else available to speak with. If that is all, I will be ending this call.
