My recent order confirmed my worst fears: this place is nothing more than an automated business that cares nothing about its customers. They are a fraud, ripping customers off for services that they charge for and do NOT provide. I paid $19.95 for "next day delivery" that never materialized, only to receive an email hours later saying it would take "3 business days." I felt compelled to engage with customer service and leave this review because the frustration of paying for a service I didn't receive, coupled with the inability to reach any human help, was infuriating.
Customer: I'm calling about my order, [Order #]. I paid for next-day delivery, $19.95, but received an email hours later saying it would take 3 business days. This isn't what I paid for. CS Rep: I apologize for the confusion regarding your shipping. Let me look into that for you. I see the order was placed on February 18th and was delivered on February 24th. Customer: That's precisely my point! It was advertised as "next day," but it took six days. I also tried calling and chatting, and it was just bots. I want a refund for that $19.95 shipping fee. CS Rep: I understand your frustration with the delayed shipping and the difficulty you experienced reaching a live agent. We can certainly process a full refund for the next-day delivery charge for you. It should reflect on your statement within 3-5 business days. Customer: Okay, as long as that refund actually happens.
