Glasses USA Online Order: A 2.5-Hour Frustration & Prescription Nightmare! 😡
Let me tell you, my online shopping experience with Glasses USA was an absolute nightmare, and I'm sharing this as a warning to others. The website was so messed up it took me 2-1/2 hours to purchase two pairs of glasses. I wasn't able to type in my prescription and save it to continue my purchase. So, I will have to be sent an email so I can type in the information that I already typed in on your silly website. It was utterly frustrating, a complete waste of my time, and honestly, I'm not sure I will ever attempt to order glasses from Glasses USA ever again. This whole ordeal left me so exasperated that I felt compelled to reach out to customer service, hoping to resolve this mess and prevent future headaches.
Customer: Hi, I just spent over two hours trying to order glasses on your website, and it was an absolute disaster. Your site wouldn't let me save my prescription, and now I'm told I need an email to re-enter everything. This is ridiculous.
