Nightmare Online Glasses Order: Avoid This Company!
I'm writing this because my recent online glasses purchase turned into a nightmare, a cautionary tale I desperately hope will save others from a similar ordeal. "Terrible company. Ordered glasses March 30th, paid for express shipping 3-5 because my old glasses broke. Day 5 roles around still in production, day 10 still in production. Day 11 I call to ask for a shipping refund, they seemed like they do it all the time by the way she responded. So i got the 10$ in shipping but these glasses are STILL 6 days out on delivery. Stop giving terrible companies your money let them die out because someone doesnt give a crap about their customers and I will telling all my four eyed friends to never shop here. Terrible terrible terrible. Day 19 or whatever still no glasses!!!" This wasn't just a delayed order; it felt like a complete disregard for my urgent need and money. The lack of communication and the casual way the shipping refund was handled pushed me to leave this review and contact customer service.
