I'm utterly frustrated because GlassesUSA has still not sent my refund for an order I never received. They have $246.00 of my hard-earned money from a glasses order placed on February 24th, and the tracking number still shows it stuck in Atlanta, Georgia. I can't get a response for a refund; all they keep telling me is it's "in transit" from a BOT. I just want my money back! I felt compelled to leave this review and constantly engage with their customer service because their lack of response and refusal to refund my money for a product I never received is absolutely unacceptable. It feels like they've abandoned customer service entirely.
Customer: I need to speak with someone about order number 105081183. My glasses were ordered on February 24th, they never arrived, and I still haven't received my refund. The tracking hasn't moved from Atlanta since forever! CS Rep: I understand your frustration. I see here your order was placed on February 24th, and the tracking indicates it's been delayed. I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and the lack of updates you've received. Customer: "Delayed" is an understatement! It's April 1st, and I still have no glasses and no $246 refund. Your automated system is useless. I've been trying to get this resolved for weeks. What are you going to do about my money? CS Rep: I completely empathize with your situation. It's unacceptable for you to be without your order and your refund for this long. I can confirm we processed a refund request for you, and it typically takes 7-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account. Customer: Seven to ten business days?! This is ridiculous! I shouldn't have to wait even longer for money I'm owed because you failed to deliver. Is there any way to expedite this? I had to file complaints with the BBB and the Attorney General just to get to this point! CS Rep: I understand your frustration with the wait time, and I sincerely apologize for the series of issues you've faced.
