Let me share my terrible online shopping experience, hoping it serves as a warning for everyone out there. This place is nothing more than an automated business that cares nothing about its customers. They are a fraud, ripping customers off for services they charge for and do NOT provide. I paid $19.95 for "next day delivery," only to get an email saying my order would take 3 business days, and it actually took six. This infuriated me because I felt I was directly misled and my money was taken without the promised service. That's why I felt compelled to leave this review and engage with customer service, though that itself was a nightmare.
Customer: I paid $19.95 for next day delivery, but my order email clearly states it will take 3 business days. My order was placed on the 18th and wasn't delivered until the 24th! This is not "next day" at all. I want a refund for that delivery fee immediately. CS Rep: I understand your frustration, sir. I see your order for Plano lenses was placed, and there was indeed a significant delay. I will submit your request for a refund of the next day delivery fee to our billing department. Customer: "Submit my request"? I paid for a service that wasn't provided! This entire process has been a nightmare – automated bots, endless phone menus, and no one responding to my emails. I need this resolved now, not just "submitted." CS Rep: My sincerest apologies for the difficulties you've faced with our service and the delay in your delivery. We truly regret that you experienced such frustration. While I cannot process the refund instantly from my end, rest assured that your request has been logged and escalated for review by our billing team. They typically process these within 3-5 business days.
The reason I left this review on the website is to hopefully prevent others from falling into the same trap.
